Telkom R79 modem deal

Existing Telkom customer.app**** for the R79 telkom modem router deal R79 at incredible connection N1 city on 01 Aug 2021. Telkom systems were off,and a manual telkom application was done.still haven’t heard from telkom if I’m Approve or not,it’s 10 August already 2021. Good customer service was given by the branch manager Nashief who processed all documentation for me. My worst terrible experience at Telkom ever since I’m a client. Besides,when the contract launched ,they didn’t had telkom Consultants at Somerset mall,Stellenbosch,and Tygervalley,And canal walk.They only had the stock ,but no one to process it…
