Telkom R599.00 special with Andriod LIT box and Extender

Good Afternoon,

We went to the Telkom shop on 2 January 2018 (WE WERE FIRST IN LINE) to take out the package for R599.00 where the first 5000 customers get an android LIT box and a WIFI extender.

We do not have a line at home and the lady at the branch told us that you only start installations from the 10th of January 2018. We agreed that it would be okay, and asked her if they have stock of the boxes and will we be guaranteed the products? She told us that we can come and pick up the products once our installation is done. - Which is a guarantee for me?

Until today no one has contacted us for the installation and we decided to follow up on the products, the Telkom shop told us that they are completely out of stock, because the people who already had lines installed (BUT TOOK OUT THE PACKAGE AFTER WE DID) already came to fetch their products. How is this fair???????? So the adverti*****t says the first 5000 customers get the product, but even though we were first on that day, the people who's lines were already installed now got theirs first instead.

We want to take the package, but only if we receive these products?

Will you be able to help in this regard, as it does not make sense and is not fair.

We asked the manager at the branch for an explanation as we were there before them and paid our deposit - so according to us we were one of the
