Telkom R399 Fibre ****

The R399 fibre deal is a ****.

1. The billing system is nonsense. My account was submitted to debt collectors despite submitting my banking details. They never debited my account until they handed over my account to debt collectors.

2. I have always been billed far bigger amounts than the R399 I signed up for. No explanations when I sent emails to their customer service.

3. No one is available to explain the invoices to me or willing to resolve my issues.
