Telkom queuing time

Very bad waiting period at the bluff branch. I had an estimated waiting queuing time of 34 minutes. It's now 1 hour later and I'm still waiting. The consultants are very slow including the network at the shop. It takes them so long to do a contract. It just shows how bad the network is, if it's so bad even inside their shop.
