Telkom query not resolved

I have been incorrectly charged while I still have free minutes, I have logged so many queries & I get different stories each time I call. I am now looking for a call that was made to me when they were selling me this package. No one seems to give correct answers, Lindi Ndaba from ur sales department even dropped a phone on my ear bcos wow !! I cannot be receiving sms from Telkom saying query resolved & when I call to check , I have to start afresh & explain . No query is resolved . MAY I PLS GET A CALL RECORDING. Bcos I need this issue resolved
