Telkom quality has gone to the dogs

I have no words for such a huge and reputable company. This is my second complaint. The first time they asked me to do soo many things which did not work. I was told the monice data only bounces off Telkom towers so that's the reason I don't have signal anywhere which was not mentioned to us only after I brought it up I notice they put it up. Now I purchased all network data and I'm having the same story. It's sad because during load shedding we need to have reception due to the increased crime rate. Telkom won't feel the pain of people's families being ****d and killed because someone didn't have reception to call for help. Clearly there is a problem which should get fixed, people are paying alot of money to use the service so provide a good service and if you can't close down. I've never had a problem it's only from last year and it's really getting to me. When people would complain about the network I always said no I love Telkom I don't have issues now I'm the one telling people about this. Think carefully about what you guys are doing, it's a safety issue and guaranteed if something happens in my home and I can't get reception or network to call for assistance I will sue you guys because I'm tired of explaining to 10k consultants everytime something doesn't work. I have to repeat myself instead of one person calling to sort the problem out. We have lives to live to yoh
