Telkom ****py staff (*****)

This app fortunately only gives positive values (in stars from 1 to 5) had it been up to me telkomsa would have got a negative 100. I moved house on the 1 August 2019, and have tried to get my line relocated (I have tried for the last 12 days - from a cellphone and being charged for every call with a waiting period of 20 minutes per call) only to be informed by the consultant that they are offline, how can this be ??? for 12 day straight !!! today I spoke to a Zamani who ensured me that someone will contact me before the end of business, I received no such call. Telkom will require full payment this month but I have had no service. This has been the most *********** bunch of idiots I have ever dealt with, I rather speak to a robot than these people who are getting paid for nothing, I do hope the time (soon) comes when the lot of them looses their jobs to such robots 'cos we are getting ripped of by Telkom because of their less than mediocre staff.
