Telkom ****py service

Telkom is ever ready to assist when its time for an upgrade meaning when they can take more money from you and always with a smile ready to go above and beyond but to cancel a contract or to amend a contract they simply do not care to assist or to do their job and the worst part is you are left paying a higher bill which you did not budget for and they do not care about it nor will they refund me. The service they provide is absolutely disgusting. My biggest mistake was taking out a contract with Telkom, never again!!!
