Telkom Puts me at Risk for CV19

Telkom is a Mickey Mouse Company. Two weeks ago I asked for my land line to be moved. They first told me it would take seven days then they said 14 days when I followed up. After the 14 days I called to follow up and they informed me that my request was cancelled and there was no reason stipulated on their system. I am a customer of Telkom for over 15 years. They then proceeded to say I must start the process over. I work from home since I have many combabilities and now I have to go into the office due to not being connected. Thank you for putting me at risk Telkom.
