TELKOM PUTS CUSTOMERS IN DEBT

Telkom mobile has always been a helpful until they heard that I needed to cancel my contract because my contract was coming to an end. With contracts you need to cancel you contract in order for them to stop billing you after the 24month period or else your contract will continue and you will continue paying. Unemployed and unable to pay for the continuation of the contract, Telkom mobile consultant informed me to go to a store and there they will cancel my contract. Travelled all the way to the store to be told that they can do nothing and I will need to contact the call centre. I spoke to a Lindsay Jacobs who told me to go to the store and get a cancellation form, fill it out and email it to her. 4 weeks later called and no cancellation was done. Consultant informed me that I cannot speak to lindsay and must forward her the email I sent to Lindsay, her email address ********** then I called again 2weeks later and was then told that nothing has been updated on my account and I was not suppose to send any cancellation of contract to a consultant because they can't do anything about it. Its been 2 months. I am entering the 3rd month and still being billed for an account I cannot use, Being charged 800 every month for data, minutes or wifi that I can't use!!!!! Telkom mobile has put me in alot of debt because their consultants have not been trained to do their work correctly. They have been taught to act like they know what they doing. I am fed up with all the stress they have put me through. Wondering how I am going to pay R2400 for the faults of their employers. I use to tell people that they such a good network but now I will never recommend this network to ANYONE.
