Telkom -putrid service

I have Internet connection through telkom which i pay R800 every month but the internet is more offline than online . I call the 10210 call centre number more than several times but the call centre agent keeps saying a technician will call you back, it's so well scripted already that you end up at the same place you started at. I have been to the telkom branch canal walk waited for a technician to check my router thinking that the problem is with router but it works perfectly fine in the branch which they said if it doesn't work at my place then the line is a problem. I get home plug the router in but doesn't work no Internet. Call the 10210 number again and guess what, a technician will call you back, what a waste my time and money being spent on this service.
