Telkom put gun on my head.

Telkom upgraded my number without my permission and I was not aware until I got monthly statement.I immediately called to let them know.They gave me dispute case number and promised to resolve the issue within 72hrs.72hrs passed without response from them.I called yesterday and was told to pay the service used.That's a ******* from Telkom.
