Telkom purchase of laptop now no operating system after 3 months

I bought a Lenovo ideapad from Telkom it is now 3 months old. On the label on the box the OS: Windows 10 home. Nowhere does it say anything about a trial. I now have no operating system. I took it to Telkom and they did a reset, today there is nothing activated and I cannot work. I went back to Telkom today and they say I must take it to Lenovo. Is there no customer service, surely Telkom should be sending it to Lenovo and not me. Bethia ********** 862
