Telkom Purchase

Since 2017 they have not cancelled my contract of a mobile I have never used, I have multiple encounters where I have been calling to cancel and till today I'm told I owe them about 11K, they have been giving me case numbers which have not been resolved....

Still waiting for their courier company to collect their device since 2017, and when i take it to the store they tell me it was an online purchase..
