Telkom pulling service tricks

Telkom closes faults logged without even checking with clients. I log a fault, receive the sms with fault number,...and then without any contact from Telkom I receive another sms saying the service has been restored.

How do you know without even contacting me once! How do you even know what my issue was!

Is this Telkoms new way of reporting better service statistics! Seems like it!

I did this 3 times over a period of 24 hours. And Telkom pulled the same tricks.
