Telkom pull up your socks

Constantly having internet issues and always an issue at the exchange in our area, why not upgrade the infrastructure or upgrade the exchange etc to not have the same issues over and over again??? When you report the fault it gets logged but never actioned. I had to log the same fault twice now as they didn't even log the first one properly. This is a business line and we are suffering due to no internet connection. I am pretty sure they wait and hope the problem resolves itself
