Telkom providing false information to third partie
Telkom installed a normal voice line for me and I have the intention of getting ADSL through another company. When the other company tried to apply for my ADSL service which is monopolised by Telkom, Telkom provided feedback saying that I have an active ADSL contract. This is not true, I only have a normal voice line. The result is that I cannot get an ADSL service through the other company. I suspect that Telkom is trying to force me to make use of their ADSL service. I reported this matter at the Musgrave branch yesterday and have received no feedback.

All I want is to be able to decide for myself when it comes to choosing an ADSL provider. Telkom has no right to force their product on me.
