Telkom providing false information

I went into the Telkom Menlyn store as the Telkom Mobile App states that I am due for an upgrade. When I requested the upgrade. I was told that the App is wrong and my upgrade is due on the 2 June 2026. Now as an individual working in IT. I cannot fathom how bad of an implementation or system design was done to give two different stories. You are offered the opportunity to pay an extra R3000 for an early upgrade. which is now against the app's you are due for an upgrade.
