Telkom provides ******* services.

My adsl line is down since 12th December. We have logged in our fault same day. During the week we have been calling to check when our line will be fixed. Up till now Telkom cannot get a technician to sort out the line. I am tired of calling their centre just to have the agent read the same comments over and over then apologises, an email gets sent to openserve and thats it. No matter how many times we call in we get no help.
