Telkom provides no feedback or service for 3 weeks

I wish that I could rate you a 0. You guys are the worst service providers ever. You do not provide service!!

I escalated a problem I have with my work system verification sases coming through 3 weeks ago with your tech team. I have called every day and chased after you and have received absolutely no feedback. I spoke with managers (Palesa) who promised to get back to me and never did. I spoke with your social media team who promised to get back to me and never did. 3 WEEKS i cannot get into my work systems and 3 weeks I call you every day

This is a breach of contract ! I spend R1500 per month with you guys for this DISGUSTING service !!!! Either release me of my contract or provide me the service I deserve! I have posted this all over social media, and have told all of my clients (I work in the cellular industry) NOT to go with TELKOM I have told them of my experience. NEVER EVER have I had such awful service
