Telkom provides archaic service

Telkom wireless landline is a piece of s..t. We had one for years and it recently stopped receiving calls from other service providers and normal telkom landline. It's surprising and horrifying that telkom cannot isolate the fault. What do i do? Useless telkom should ask other technicians to assist them.
