Telkom provide worst process when canceling a long ago contract which turn into month to month

Telkom provide the worst process when cancelling your contract that expire 2 years ago and even with the the pay as you go you have to wait 21 working days plus on top of that what is worst is when they only start the process 5 days after.....I received the worst service ever no more telkom.
