Telkom proves what pathetic service they offer

I'm having huge issues with my Telkom account to the point that I'm truly regretting taking this account in the 1st place. No one seems able to assist, I've been in store to try and sort it out, I've called and still to absolutely no avail, I've emailed mutliple departments, each one referring me to another! Money was taken from my account and I still keep getting a notice that my account is in arrears, yet my statement reflects the amount is due on the 30th of June, however does not reflect the amount deducted from my bank account. I really want to have this looked into as I now suspect that my account has been mixed up. After receiving my May statement indicating that R100.73 had been credited from my bank account, which never came of from my actual bank account I called in to query on the 6th of June, ref Polani 6/06/16 9am. I informed her that my account had not been credited even though it reflects that it has been, I updated my banking details to ensure it was all correct which had been incorrect on the system, how this occured in the first place is highly questionable, and which poor person had had their account debited will probably never be investigate. I then had R250 debited from my account from Telkom easy debit, ref ********** 36N on the 16/06/17. However I'm still receiving SMSs stating my account is in arrears, and when I went in store I was informed that I owe R149,72 and that there is no reflection of the R250 debited from my account. Further more the lady is insisting my contract is R149 when I know I've taken the special that was running in Feb for R99 for 5gbs. This leads me to suspect that my account has infact been mixed up. I would really like clarity on this and why I'm paying R149 for a contract that was advertised as R99? What is going on. I would like to request the proof on the conversation I had when taking the initial contract as there is definitely something wrong here. I would also like to know why the R250 was taken debited from my account and why is it not reflecting.
