Telkom proves it dont care

As of 17:00 07/10/2017 My company has been offlinre, even trying MTN, Vodacom and Cellc has failed all due to telkom doing an upgrade, and upgrade they knew wpould take the entire country down but did not notify any one of, I have recorded converstions to prove this. Even though they knew they were droping the entire system they did not even have supervisors on duty once gain I have voice recordings to prove this, and when informed that thousands of SA people would loose their jobs because of this their response was "nothing we can do till 7am tomorrow phone us then" Telkom must be removed from the system and someone else put inchrage.
