Telkom Protea Glen

I went to Telkom Protea Glen to get a contract..I was helped by a very helpful agent Mzolo...I was declined and Said she will help me ...so she asked for my ID..Bank Statement and Payslip...She came back 2 days later and said I should pay 1900 and continue with the contract....now I ask if I pay 30%deposit will the monthly installment go down or maybe the term...she then said yes the 1900 will be give back after the 24 months I then asked for correspondence saying that ..I was told unfortunately that is impossible
