Telkom Promotion

<p>I received a text message from Telkom regarding a premonition that you must buy a 1Gb of data for R99 and you will get another Gb for free plus 100 free sms's and 300 minutes Telkom to Telkom. </p> <p> </p> <p>Bought the 1Gb at R99 but didn't get my free 1Gb nor my minutes. Phoned customer care and they looked on the system and saw that I have purchased the 1Gb but for R99 but I bought the wrong one. </p> <p> </p> <p>This was at 08:05 and I spoke to Thandi and she informed me that they can't reverse the purchase and allocate it to the purchase I wanted and I must buy another 1Gb at R99. </p> <p> </p> <p>This is unacceptable and **************** and with everything being digital these days I can't see why this can't be corrected. </p>
