Telkom promotes Wrong information to Customers to secure sale

Upgraded mobile contract at Telkom retail Kyalami Corner. Assistant told me I get 20gb free for 3xmonths and samsung buds for free with Samsung S21+ deal I did not receive buds, when I picked up phone. They said they did not tell me. A month later I enquired data 9 June 2021, and was informed free 20gb is only for new contract, not upgrades. Telkom does not provide deal information in writing or a copy of contract to customers. I did ask. I only received an invoice with R0 value. Vodacom offered same deal for R699 over 24months. Telkom deal is R799 for 36months. I accepted Telkom deal as I was told I would get samsung buds and 20gb data for 3months. I'm paying more and not given what was promised. ********* practice.
