Telkom promotes deals and then has no stock!!!!

On the 9th of March we went to telkom to apply for a R99 deal they had on a modem with 5Gigs of data. we were approved and then told that we would receive the modem the following week . TODAY the 22nd of March we receive a mail to say that they have reached their Quota and we should come in and view their alternative offers ... so why approve our deal and promise us delivery when the quota has been reached ???? we have been waiting like IDIOTS for two weeks for a modem that they do not even have stock of anymore!!! UP UNTIL NOW THE R99 DEAL IS STILL ON THEIR WEBSITE!!!! when we try to call the store to find out when the modem will arrive the phone constantly rings and when i get to the store the attendants say that the phone is right at the back so no one bothers answering it, WHAT ********, TELKOM the communication service provider does not even know how to answer their damn phones!!! I am highly disappointed . We app**** for the modem well in advance, we were only waiting for delivery and now they tell us we cant have it ???? TELKOM IS USELESS!!!!!
