Telkom Promotes and Assist ********** to ***** Clients.

Guys,

I have never experienced such a horrible service in my life. Guys be careful with Telkom and Telkom Mobile. Their ********** department gives extremely horrible service. I am a victim of identity ***** and ********** accounts were opened at using internet and call centre various stores. I opened a case with SAPS and logged cases with all stores including Telkom in November last year. All stores succesfully closed the accounts and removed their details on my credit profile. Telkom is the only company that has been taking me from pillar to post.

Now they have just closed my case without giving feedback and when I called the call centre they also say the case was closed and no reason is given. This is very unprofessional and horrible service. Guys don't be tempted to take their products because as soon as you complain they take years to attend to your case. When they finally attend to it then they will just simply close it without resolving it. I am porting my number to vodacom / MTN.
