TELKOM PROMOTE *****!!!

I have an existing telkom data package with telkom. To my surprise they were calling me telling me i have onother contract with them , they tried to debit on my capitec, i asked how was it authorized with onother bank, whilst i was paying my data package with fnb. I soon realise that it was *****. I then asked the consultant where i should forward my documentation of which i have done that approximately 4 months back, i asked them these question where did they deliver the devise? Who Authorized the debit order mandate? up untill now they haven't done anything but still try to debit on my account. Worst of all telkom the debit order for my data it still run to date NO SERVICE
