Telkom promises fibre installation but doesn't deliver

<p>I signed up to fibre a month ago after I was told they had fibre in my area.</p> <p> </p> <p>the technician came to install, but could not locate the fibre.</p> <p> </p> <p>he said telkom would get in touch with me, that was two weeks ago.</p> <p> </p> <p>i call Sea Point telkom at 11am on a Friday and it says their offices are closed??</p> <p> </p> <p>if telkom wants to retain me as a customer they need to turn this around asap </p>
