Telkom promenade poor service

Last year September I took out a contract for honor cellphone with earbuds at Telkom in promenade. At first the store didn't have stock but they were quick to source me one from another store. I got the phone and used the earbuds once and then it never worked again. I then took the earbuds back to the store in October. I was told by the honor rep that there was a bad batch of these earbuds. The earbuds was booked in. Every time I make contact with the store I am being told there is no feedback. It has been months how I am paying for something I don't have.
