Telkom proceeding ********* and ********** with agreements

Telkom is not handling agreements very ethical. They have agreed with Service reference nr and call rf nr to a certain Fibre package and speed. Not disclosing any of the important factors. What does is even mean disclosing something? They have made a telephonic agreement with myself (the account holder), yet to find out a week later that some important product info was kept secret, now that i have asked to confirm what agreement was fulfilled, the contract term has been issued as a new contract, another 24months, as there was countless confirmation on the Telephone recording that the agreement is month-to-month basis

The agent confirmed that the Instruction was for month to month basis and that the process was carried out incorrectly. This was requested to be rectified, yet again another call with Reference nr. I have requested the call-recording which they so easily promise, but without any luck

PLEASE DO NOT TAKE ANY AGREEMENT WITH TELKOM, AS THEY PROCEED WITHOUT CONSENT AND *********LY CHANGE THE PACKAGES TO THEIR NEEDS AND NOT THE AGREED INSTRUCTION. THIS IS **********.

Please do not take any new agreement with Telkom. I will like to here their response after the Attorneys have made contact with them. I will not tolerate this. Please spare yourself the trouble.
