telkom problems

this experience with telkom is horrible,about 3 weeks ago i app**** for a contract online and got told that i qualify for the contract of two phones(huawei p30 pro and a P smart) and the agent told me they would make a pre-debit and till this day nothing has come my way then i went to a telkom store to check my order they say that my order does not reflect on their system which made me ask the question if i"m not being ****med,so from my side i dont know what i must do now please help.
