Telkom problems

Good day everyone

I've had endless problems like many with Telkom. It's a year now and nothing is getting done. There empty words, ESCALATION being there favorite, are all lies. I've done my bit but Telkom don't want to do there bit. Enough is enough. It's to do with cancelation, then re instate ting, then telkom collect my router, then don't return it, I reverse my last 3 debit orders but did warn them before doing so.. Still they do nothing but hand me over to there lawyers. Once there lawyers heard my side they just handed the account back to telkom, recently. Still no response from telkom. I want my contact canceled at no charge and my money refunded and they in turn can keep there router. At the start they offered me the option to cancel my contract at no charge due to underground cabling problems and slow internet. I accepted then it all started, NOTHING got done. Can anyone advise me who I can speak to regarding this matter. Shops can't help, nether account or consultants or there managers. Been there done that, got the..... Anyone got ant advice? Thanks
