Telkom Problems

I have an uncapped 20 Mb/s adsl line for more than a year now. Coming back from holiday suddenly my line was capped on 40 GB. Phone Telkom and after a while they managed to take the 40GB cap of but in the process they changed the email name so I lost all the emails. Managed to change the email back but the line is still on 10 Mb/s and this is going on for more than two weeks. When I try to change something there are as far as I can see four different websites, it is very confusing, why not make one website and put everything in it. I am normally satisfied with the service that I get from Telkom.
