Telkom problem

I've had the worst experience with Telkom,i had a service with them and relocated in 2018,i cancelled this service in 2018 and they are still billing me for that service even tho i have a new service line number,they then in turn penalize me say i owe them a lot of money because of this,need help solving this problem
