Telkom problem

I'm trying to cancel my Telkom line. Anyone else having problems? I've tried online and supp**** copy of ID when asked, confirmation within a few days as promised online not forthcoming, email addresses on downloaded canc form not working, http.. address I sent comolaints to without any response, registered letter sent to their registered business address not fetched. Finally reversed debit order and I'm being charged over R200 for reversal. Nearest Telkom is abt 150k's away and they tell me they can't help me because they're a "shop". How long must I carry on?! Where do I go?
