Telkom probably worst run company in Africa

Telkom did not install anything at my home after I app**** for an adsl line but had the dishonest audacity to send me a sms saying they will be charging me pro rata from 21 January, this is beyond ridiculous, none of their lines work and their Cancellation emails have all been stopped, this is literal ***** from a floundering business. I always expect the worst from this *********** company but this is beyond disgusting
