Telkom prime video deal

I have acquired the telkom unlimited data deal and they offered 3 months of prime video for free, it's been over 2 weeks I've been waiting for them to send me the link in order to subscribe to prime video, their consultants have been promising to send me the link and still even today I'm yet to receive it, I'm disappointed with Telkom wrt this matter
