Telkom Prime Video ****

Telkom Prime Video ****. I tried to cancel the prime video Telkom attached to my account by going to their shop at the mall, only to be given a phone number that gets you no were. Eventually you can ask for them to call you back but after 4 registered requests no call back ever received. I went back to a different mall and after a hour in the telkom shop, they gave up and agreed it was imposable even for them to find a way to cancel the Prime Video from my account. Tony
