Telkom price hike while in LOCKDOWN

Received a message feom Telkom this morning to say that my tarriff will be reduced to R999 per month...... I am only paying R800 so how can that be reduced then I phoned them, I was holding on for 30 minutes after which i was told that Telkom has the right to increase tarriffs just when they want to with R200 per month. We are still under lockdown I am not even vack at work yet because I am high risk so where must I get an extra R200 per month to now pay them because they feel itsntime to increase we are all suffering financially at the moment in the times that I did not get a salary and I had to decide who was going to get paid chose Telkom. So sorry I made that decision now. This is NOT RIGHT!!!!!!!!
