Telkom pretends to answer my grievance on Hello Peter but do nothing DISGUSTING

I complained on Hello Peter how Telkom without any notice started charging me DOUBLE on my router, they pretended to respond but did NOTHING, I am so disgusted by Telkom!!! I will not renew any of my contracts with them and will cancel all that I can.
