Telkom pretending to assist me with ********** account

I currently have a record of an account I did not open on my credit record. My credit score because of this. I have called regarding this account and they told to go and make an affidavit and send to them together with my ID copy but after doing that to my surprise an amount of R9941(which was immediately reversed) was debited from my account without my approval, what scares me the most is that now they have gained access to my bank account after I tried to get assistance from their call centre. I am not a millionaire I would never authorize a deduction of that amount from my account. I told them that I did not open any account with them and I have not been to Pretoria (where the account was apparently opened) since 2013.
