Telkom Prepaid Voucher

Bought a voucher in Beaufort Wes when I wanted to punch in the pin it tells me the voucher has been used. We travelled that same day to Cape Town. the next day I phone Telkom to question why its not working. On the phone the customer care consultant/ agent tells me the voucher is invalid and I need to go back to point of sale to have it replaced. even though I explained that I travelled pass Beaufort and lives in Cape town, meaning I am not going back that way anytime soon this Telkom agent tells me theirs nothing thy can do, I need to go back to Beaufort Wes. Seriously. When i ask to speak to the manager or supervisor he bluntly tells me that thy don't want to speak to me because thy will tell me the same story. POINT of SALE and afterwards drops the call while I'm still speaking.
