Telkom prepaid voucher

I bought airtime yesterday and when I tried loading it it kept saying invalid. And when I call the agents told me the pin is valid but she also doesn’t know why I can’t load it. I should rather go back to the store for a reprint. I went back to the store and now they made me call tekom again. Which the 1st agent made me wait on call for 15min. Then hung up on me! Then the new agent told me I can only wait for 72 hrs for the issue to be resolved.

This is ridiculous and unnecessary.

Why am I waiting for so long for something that I already bought and it’s a technical error from Telkom?
