Telkom Prepaid Sim Nightmare

I bought a Telkom prepaid sim card yesterday thinking it's better... Worst decision ever! I even reached with R250 and bought data bundles... Since yesterday I cannot access the internet... I have called the call center more than 30 times and each time I am asked to do something new to no avail... Can you kindly take back your *** sim card and give back my money... To even think I had even signed up a contract and wifi... I will go and stop the process and move to other better providers
