Telkom Prepaid recharge numbers out of order since latest paring with Telkom Mobile

Telkom paired Prepaid with Telkom Mobile, but ever since you can't recharge by dialing *#55 or 188, or *#180, or 180 etc. I got an agent on 10210 to admit that they are aware of the problem, but it has been months: What is going to happen next?
