Telkom Prepaid Fiber

Telkom is the worse. I ordered my fiber about a week ago and paid. Just because it's not on contract, I am not getting any response or assistance. They are so full of **** sies!!!!!!!!! I want my ****ing money back!!! Horrible service ever!!!😡😡😡
