Telkom prepaid data simcard

Please help me!! I bought a prepaid 20/20 data simcard from Telkom on 30 Sept 2019 and since then could not use it. All network simcards work on my HUAWEI router except Telkom. All I want is my R249 back I paid for something that does not work. I am a pensioner which needed this data urgently for my banking. They only gave me 2 case numbers on messenger but NO following up with an excuse they cant get hold of me on a landline which I havent had for YEARS!! I gave them an alternative number to contact me with no results!!! Neither could the shop in Newcastle help me!! I dont want any further suggestions from their side just my money back for a service I cant have!! Thank you hellopeter!!
